Shichigahama seaside cycling
This route is less traffic and suitable for beginners. There is a bit ups and downs, but if you ride GIANT sport bike, you can enjoy this route comfortably.
Go to Shichigahama (Tohoku region) and enjoy local sea food at terrace nearby seaside, where you can see the Japanese Sankei (the three beauty spots of Japan )- "Matsushima".
This map is published to understand the entire course and may differ partially from actual traveling route.
For actual riding, please go through the bicycle road (or the blue line), follow the Road Traffic Law and enjoy cycling safely.

From the beginning of the road, you can enjoy the nature view in rice fields.

It is more safety for beginner when you ride the bike lanes.
Have a break here with "Dango" (rice dumpling)
It is recommended to drop by Japanese sweets shop "Usagiya" (sweet rice dumpling) . This shop is the right side of the picture.It is a bit distance left to the destination. Before departure, let's take a rest and enjoy the sweets here.
